Salon Policies
Please arrive on time for your appointment. I will allow a 15 minute grace period- no exceptions.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. Please text or call ahead of your appointment time to avoid fees or cancellation. (501) 665-5631.
Payment & Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable! Deposits are required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final balance.

CANCELLATIONS
A 24 hour noticed is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
If you give less than a 24 hour notice you will loose your deposit!
If you reschedule it must be done with 2 weeks!

Ombre Powdered Brows:
Is a technique performed with a electrical handheld tool with a needle attached. This procedure gives the "Make Up" look, creating a soft powder effect that resembles eyebrow pencil. Great for filling in those dense hair areas! They are smudge proof, sweat proof, and waterproof and last a lifetime with an annual touchup. A touchup session is required 4-6 weeks after the initial procedure to perfect the brows.
Who is not eligible for Ombre Brows:
Individuals who are:
- under 18
- pregnant/breastfeeding.
- taking blood thinner medications
- undergoing chemotherapy.
- Diabetic
Individuals who have:
-Any skin conditions surrounding the eyebrows (rashes, shingles, measles, eczema, sores, and etc.)
-HIV or Hepatitis clients.
-Keloid skin, as well as hyperpigmentation.
-High blood pressure
How to Prepare
Please do not drink alcohol 24 hours prior to the treatment.
Please do not shape or wax your brows at least 2 weeks before the procedure.
No electrolysis for at least 5 days before the procedure.
Botox, AHA products and retinoids should be avoided for 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
Exfoliating treatments such as microdermabrasion should not be performed within 2 weeks prior to procedure.
Chemical and laser peels should be avoided no less than 6 weeks prior to procedure.
Does It Hurt?
There may be slight discomfort during the first few minutes because we outline without numbing but the level of discomfort is very minimal to mild. We use a two types topical anesthetic therefore discomfort is minimized.
Do I still have to get my eyebrows done once they heal?
Yes. If you grow brow hair outside of your new brow shape, you will need to go in only for maintenance using your choice of wax, threading, or tweezing. No shaping needed!
Do I Need A Touch Up?
Yes! Every new set of brows requires two sessions to achieve the desired results.(Mandatory)
